Visiting the website

When you open the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser). It is used only to deliver the pages securely. We do not analyse it ourselves. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare processes the data on our behalf and delivers the pages from servers worldwide; data may reach the USA in the process. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Contact by e-mail

When you write to us, we use your details (name, e-mail, the name of your business, your message) to answer your request and build your free demo. The legal basis is your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not pass them on to anyone.

We keep them until your request is settled. If a contract follows, we keep them for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
